Just-In-Time Individual Consulting
Just-in-time consultations are for the busy executive, project leader, or consultant who needs a thought partner to strategize about change work you are doing. I'll accompany you every step as you gain insights from my three-plus decades on the front lines of change efforts, both large and small. We’ll build your vision and continue together down your path to an exciting and successful future.
We’ll also meet regularly for you to get new ideas to advance your work further, faster. Have a question about your agenda for an upcoming meeting, how to deal with a particularly troublesome team member or key milestones to put in place on a larger project? We’ll tackle these and any other sticking points in the way of your success.
You'll have access to me during our engagement via phone, text, email and video conference. Reach out and you’ll hear back in one business day or less and be on your way to faster, easier, better results. On top of that during regular action and reflection sessions, we’ll review work you’ve already done, assess progress made, and plan your next best moves. These individual relationships can be contracted for by the quarter, half-year or full-year periods.
Partner Change Effort Consulting
We work shoulder to shoulder with you whether you’re a leader, consultant or other change resource.
First off, we’ll identify results for your specific project – whether that’s strategy development and implementation, culture change, improving business processes, strengthening relationships or any other change initiative on your agenda. Together we’ll map out key initiatives and related deliverables, resources required, and key milestones along your timeline. We’ll be intimately involved in project management and all elements of the engagement, Together, we’ll explore possible paths forward weighing tradeoffs based on you and your organization’s past experience with change, current challenges and your desired future. Then we’ll collaborate with you and other stakeholders in the planning and delivery of specific aspects of your change effort, whether they’re large group events, smaller meetings, or individual coaching. We’ll also work with you to link with and leverage other change work occurring in your organization. The focus of our efforts? Building alignment, momentum for change and the desired results you identified as we began our work together. You’ll develop capabilities so you can better manage future changes. Whether the focus of our work is on your executive team, a single business unit or your entire organization, you can count on us being there to walk with you every step of the way.
Live Change: A Group Consultation Program
Bring your change work to our unique six-month group consultation experience. Our approach is designed to support you, regardless of the number of people involved, kind of change you need to make happen, or whether your effort is just starting or already underway.

Part results-oriented consultation, part learning-based practicum, our model is designed for intimate cohorts of six people to advance their change projects together. Small enough to provide you with focused attention and large enough so you can benefit from lessons learned by others. We provide insight, education, counsel and a sounding board as you navigate your way through your own change work. We’ll roll up our sleeves and strategize with you about your highest impact actions; you implement these plans with your team and fellow changemakers. Your work and project deliverables are front and center in our approach with learning and education bolstering your capabilities to lead others. You’ll be making real changes and competently applying new tools in your specific project and daily work so that you achieve results faster, easier and better than believed possible. This experience will enable you to confidently and competently bring the Leverage Change concepts and tools into your daily work.
We act as advisers over the course of the change. The heartbeat of the experience are twelve weekly implementation labs. These live video sessions are split between making progress with your particular change work and deepening your understanding and skill in applying the 8 levers. This program is designed to get you up and running on the right foot if you’re just launching your effort or make sure you’re taking full advantage of the levers if you’re already underway. The purpose of these meetings is to ensure you sustain gains you’ve made over time and expand your impact even further with other change work you and your colleagues are doing. Your work is kept front and center. There’s also ongoing guidance you receive through an active cloud-based question and answer forum available to the entire group where I’ll post relevant articles, tools and materials to your work at hand.
